UCLA invitational to prepare track and field for title run

The UCLA track and field team will host ten schools this weekend in what it will treat as a trial meet. The Bruin Legends of Track and Field Invitational is a two-day meet open to both college and high school competitors, slightly lowering the intensity of competition for the Bruins. Read more...

UCLA men’s tennis alum returns as volunteer coach while battling injury

Not even bad hips can keep Marcos Giron away from tennis. After learning that he had to undergo hip surgery and put his professional career on hold, Giron, a former UCLA standout and the 2014 NCAA singles champion, reached out to UCLA men’s tennis coach Billy Martin about coming back to Westwood as a volunteer assistant coach.
