For conjoined twins, family extends far beyond blood

Following the separation of conjoined twins Maria Teresa and Maria Jesus, the sisters found their family growing in unexpected ways. Not only were they adopted by two separate families to accommodate their needs, but they found that their medical team would become familiar fixtures as well. "Summer Night Lights" brings positive experience to Los Angeles parks

Since 2008, the city of Los Angeles has put on "Summer Night Lights," a program built to discourage gang activity in L.A. parks after dark.
