Students describe lack of cultural sensitivity, accessibility at CAPS town hall

Students and representatives from several student government bodies requested that UCLA Counseling and Psychological Services implement cultural sensitivity trainings at a town hall Thursday. Two USAC representative seats left unfilled after alleged election code violation
